Ukraine. Participants of the pilot project on private traction to be named shortly
In the near future, the Infrastructure Ministry’s commission will make its final decision on areas and participants of the pilot project aimed at launching private railway traction. The goal of this experiment is to identify a pool of issues requiring modification, and then to scale it up to the entire country. During the pilot project, Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) must establish the real infrastructure and locomotive components of the tariff, UkrAgroConsult reports.
