MY 2019/20 witnessed a record in Ukrainian grain production and exports, therefore the country reinforced its position in the world market and opened up new export destinations.
This season’s grain crop in Ukraine fell short of that seen last year, though being within the long-term average, UkrAgroConsult reports.
Consequently, a decrease is observed in exports compared to last season, and some export markets (new or already traditional ones for Ukraine) were lost at all.
