Ukraine. Precipitation will be favorable for emergence of winter crops

Warm weather with various precipitation amounts and fogs was seen on October 11-20. On the coldest nights, the ground cooled to 5ºC below freezing in the north and to 0-7ºC above zero in the rest of the country.
Rain of various intensity was seen almost all over the country. Effective moisture content in the top soil range from insufficient (7-14 mm) to sufficient (20-25 mm).
Weather forecast for October 27 – November 1:
Precipitation events (5-10 mm) are expected in the western, northern, central, southern and eastern regions – 2-5 mm. Air temperature will be +14 … 16°C in the West, +12 …14°C in the Center, +11 …13°C in the North, +13 … 15°C in the East, and +15 … 17°C in the South.
