Russia. State regulation of sea and river port tariffs abolished

The government of Russia abolished state regulation of prices for services provided in sea and river ports. Thus, state regulation shall no longer be applied to tariffs for services such as cargo loading, unloading and storage, berth provision, pilotage of vessels in sea and river ports, towing, and anchorage of vessels in river ports, reports UkrAgroConsult.
