Russian Railways transported a record 3.8 MMT of grain in September

In September, monthly grain loadings within the Russian Railways network set a new record of 3.83 MMT, UkrAgroConsult reports.
This result was achieved owing to discounts and special services designed by Russian Railways for traders, a change in delivery routes, and strong demand for grain exports. Traders and operators expect the October pace of loading to remain fast, and do not rule out the possibility of another record.
