Jordan again canceled the tender for wheat purchase
On May 14, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Jordan canceled the tender for the purchase of 120 thousand tons of milling wheat of random origin with delivery in June-August. This is reported by Zerno On-Line agency with reference to European traders.
Six companies took part in the tender: Cargill, CHS, Cerealcom, Aldahra, GrainStar, Ameropa.
A previous purchase scheduled for May 7 also fell through.
The next tender for the purchase of a similar volume of wheat will be held on May 21.
