Grain exports from Ukraine exceeded 3.1 mln tons
As of August 14, in 2023/2024 MY Ukraine exported 3 mln 122 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses, which is 472 thsd tonnes more than last year on the same date. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In particular, Ukrainian wheat exports amounted to 1 million 250 thousand tons, which is 592 thousand tons or almost twice as much as last year.
Also, as of August 14, Ukrainian farmers exported 385 thousand tons of barley and 0.6 thousand tons of rye.
Ukrainian corn exports amounted to 1 million 481 thousand tons, which is 273 thousand tons less than last year.
Also, 14.9 thousand tons of flour were exported, or 19.9 thousand tons in terms of grain, which is 2.6 thousand tons more than last year.
It is worth noting that as of August 11, in 2023/2024 MY, Ukraine exported 2 mln 975 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses.
