Utilization of Russian oil extractors will increase to 75%

The utilization rate of Russian oil extraction plants in 2019 is expected at 75% (70% in 2018), the Fat-and-Oil Union of Russia reports.
The country’s fat-and-oil sector has not only to keep available crushing facilities running, but also to ensure operation of new ones, whose launch is envisaged by the Russian agricultural export development plan.
The industry’s priority tasks include slowing oilseed exports and stepping up those of processed products, reports UkrAgroConsult.
