US: Pork exports to Japan decline – USMEF
Pork exports to Japan are trending lower in 2023, including a 15% decline in October to 24,080 mt, according to data released by USDA and compiled by the US Meat Export Federation (USMEF).
For January through October, exports to Japan fell 6% from a year ago to 288,447 mt, valued at $1.17 billion (down 7%).
