Ukrainian wheat exports exceed 6.5 mln tons
As of October 7, in MY 2024/2025 Ukraine exported 11 mln 181 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses, up 3 mln 974 thsd tonnes or 55.0% compared to last year. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Exports of Ukrainian wheat amounted to 6 mln 502 thsd tonnes, which is 2 mln 892 thsd tonnes or 80.1% more than last year.
Ukrainian farmers also exported 1 million 440 thousand tons of barley and 7.5 thousand tons of rye.
Exports of Ukrainian corn amounted to 2 mln 970 thsd tonnes, which is 117 thsd tonnes or almost 4.1% more than last year.
In addition, 20.6 thousand tons of flour (or 27.5 thousand tons in terms of grain) were exported, which is 16.8 thousand tons or almost half as much as last year.
