Ukrainian grain exports exceeded 13 mln tons
As of October 21, in MY 2024/25 Ukraine exported 13 mln 017 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses, up 4 mln 684 thsd tonnes or 56.2% compared to last year. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
As of October 21, wheat exports amounted to 7 mln 228 thsd tonnes, up 3 mln 070 thsd tonnes or 73.8% compared to last year.
Ukrainian farmers also exported 1 million 673 thsd tons of barley and 10.6 thsd tons of rye.
Corn exports amounted to 3 mln 844 thsd tonnes, which is 453 thsd tonnes or almost 13.3% more than last year.
In addition, 22.7 thsd tons of flour (or 30.3 thsd tons in terms of grain) were shipped abroad, which is 18 thsd tons or almost half as much as last year.
