Indonesia to raise crude palm oil reference price for November, official says
Indonesia will raise its crude palm oil (CPO) reference price for November to $961.97 per metric ton from $893.64 in October, trade ministry official Farid Amir told Reuters on Wednesday.
The new price will put the export tax for November at $124 per ton. Indonesia also imposes a 7.5% levy of the reference price for CPO exports, while the levy for more refined palm oil products is charged at between 3% and 6% of the reference price.
The regulation on the reference price had yet to be published.
