Corn on CBOT declines under pressure from the harvest in the US
CBOT corn futures for September 13-19 were slightly lower.
During the week the price decreased by USc 0.40 to 405.6 USc/bu.
Corn prices came under pressure from the US corn harvest. As of September 15, 9% of the US corn acreage had been harvested, higher than the 5-year average at 6%.
