China purchased a record-high volume of Ukrainian soybean oil

Soybean oil exports in September–May 2019/20 hit a record high of some 260 KMT (+6% year-on-year). The EU remains the key importer, accounting for 46% of the market. Its purchases rose by 26%, UkrAgroConsult reports.
May witnessed an all-time record volume of exports to China – some 20 KMT.
Growth in exports was registered to the following markets: China (+155%), Germany (+224%), Poland (+44%).
A slowdown in exports was observed to: Algeria (-91%), India (-59%), Israel (-68%).
