Bunge to sell its Rotterdam-based fat-and-oil facility to Neste

The company Bunge Loders Croklaan (Bunge) is going to sell its refinery plant in Rotterdam to Neste
Corporation. Bunge will lease back the facility as part of a phased transition until 2024, UkrAgroConsult reports.
The transaction value is estimated at EUR 258 Ml. The closing is tentatively scheduled for Q1 2021.
