Argentina withdraws system balancing wheat and corn volumes

It is worth noting that the eliminated regulation negatively affected the functioning of the grain markets by generating lower prices, production, and exports, and deteriorated the relationship with the main trading partner countries. Furthermore, it proved to be ineffective in controlling food prices and generated results contrary to those sought.
