Corn in Argentina was 28.9% planted as of late last week, which represents an advance of 4.6% for the week. This compares to 28.9% last year and 28.3% average. In the core production area, the corn is 60-75% planted with 10-30% planted in southern Argentina and 0% planted in far northern Argentina.
