Wheat continues to lead in Russian grain exports

Deliveries of the TOP 10 products formed a volume of 30.4 million tons and a share of 94% in total exports. Traditionally, the highest demand was for wheat, the export of which decreased by 21% to 23.0 million tons (71% share).
The second place is occupied by barley – 2.7 million tons (8%, -33%). In third place is corn – 1.5 million tons (5%, + 12%). The export of peas increased – 0.9 million tons (3%, + 80%), wheat bran – 0.5 million tons (2%, + 25%), flax seeds – 0.5 million tons (2%, + 32% ), wheat flour – 0.2 million tons (0.5%, + 41%).
It should be noted that the export of millet – 49 thousand tons exceeded the value of the full 2020/21. At the same time, more than half of the volumes were shipped to Turkey (25 thousand tons), while Indonesia imported a record 9 thousand tons.
