The area under peas will grow by 20% in Ukraine
According to expectations, the growth of pea acreage in 2024 may reach 20%. This was reported by Antonina Skliarenko, President of the Community of Pulse Producers and Consumers, during the Pulse Conclave 2024, which was recently held in New Delhi, India.
“This is due to the opening of the Chinese market and the possible extension of the permission to export Ukrainian peas to India,” said Antonina Skliarenko.
