British peas as an alternative to soybean
Germinal, in partnership with leading UK research institutes, announced a major milestone in the Pea Protein Project. This initiative, supported by the government (Defra) and Innovate UK, aims to develop high-protein pea varieties that could provide an environmentally friendly alternative to imported soy.
