Another eight ships left Ukrainian ports as part of the “grain initiative”
On Wednesday, September 21, as part of the “grain initiative”, another 8 ships left the ports of Greater Odessa. This is reported by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine on Facebook.
“On September 21, as part of the implementation of the “grain initiative”, 8 ships with 170.3 thousand tons of agricultural products left the ports of “Odesa”, “Chornomorsk” and “Pivdeniy” in the direction of the countries of Asia and Europe.
Bulk carriers DS MANATEE, SEA INSPIRATION, NIZAR departed from the quays of Odesa port, SWIMMER, CENK M from the port of Chornomorsk, and MED ISLAND, BRIGHT STAR, LEONORA VICTORY from the port “Pivdenny”, the message reads.
Since the departure of the first vessel with Ukrainian food, 4.27 million tons of agricultural products have been exported.
A total of 185 ships with food left Ukrainian ports for the countries of Asia, Europe and Africa.
As a reminder, within the framework of the “grain initiative” on Tuesday, September 20, 8 more ships with agricultural products left Ukrainian ports, food exports exceeded 4 million tons.
