Zelenskyy and Guterres discuss safety of civilian navigation in the Black Sea

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a telephone conversation with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
This is stated in the President’s post on his social media pages.
The parties discussed proposals to ensure the safety of civilian navigation in the Black Sea. Zelenskyy also invited a representative of the United Nations to the fourth meeting of advisers on the implementation of the Peace Formula.
“Thank you for the separate plan for the winter season. Ukraine is also looking forward to the approval of the UN Humanitarian Response Plan for 2024,” the head of state added.
