The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has lowered its forecast for soybean production in Ukraine in the MY 2025/26.
This is evidenced by data in the December USDA report.
The current year’s soybean harvest is estimated at 6 million tons, which is 200 thousand tons less than the November estimate. Overall, oilseed production in Ukraine is forecast at 20.1 million tons (-300 thousand tons).
