Ukrainian factories produced 880 thsd tons of sugar
As of the first decade of November, 26 sugar refineries that are part of the National Association of Sugar Producers of Ukraine produced 880 thousand tons of sugar — 100 thousand tons less than on the same date last year.
The current sugar yield is 14.81% (last season — 14.09%). This is due to the higher sugar content of beets upon acceptance — 17.39%, which is 0.62% higher than the 2024 figure.
Among the regions, Vinnytsia region remains the leader in production, with 6 refineries operating, which have already produced 196 thousand tons of sugar.
