Ukraine. Vegetable oils production continues decreasing
In August 2021, overall production of unrefined vegetable oils in Ukraine was down 13% year-on-year, including:
- sunflower oil (-44%);
- soybean oil (at last year’s level)
- rapeseed oil (+70%).
August witnessed a 24% drop in sunflower oil refining.
Seasonal output of unrefined oils fell by 24%:
- sunflower oil (-21%);
- soybean oil (-26%);
- rape oil (+48%).
Sunflower oil refining has lowered by 20% since the season’s beginning, UkrAgroConsult reports.
