Ukraine sent 500 tons of wheat flour to Syria

Ukraine has sent 500 tons of wheat flour to Syria as part of the Grain from Ukraine humanitarian program in cooperation with the UN World Food Program.
This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the social network X.
“As promised, we support the Syrian people in their difficult time… It is planned that 33,250 families, or 167,000 people, will receive flour in the coming weeks,” the head of state explained.
According to the president, each package weighs 15 kilograms and can feed a family of five for a month.
