Ukraine raises minimum corn export price to $195/t for September
Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy and Environment raised the minimum permitted export price for corn in September to $195/t CPT. In August, the level stood at $119/t, meaning it increased by about 64% month on month.
The new levels were set by ministry order No. 1369 dated September 10, 2026, and apply to agricultural products covered by the export security regime. The minimum CPT price for wheat was raised to $146/t from $122/t in August, while barley increased to $146/t from $141/t.
For corn, indicative levels were also revised for other delivery terms. The minimum permitted price was set at $176/t DAP, up from $131/t in August, and at $187/t FOB, compared with $144/t previously.
Among the main grains, corn recorded the largest increase. The updated levels will remain in force throughout September for exports of the relevant products.
The export security regime also applies to wheat and meslin, barley, rye, oats, soybeans, rapeseed and sunflower seed.
