Ukraine has increased the minimum export prices for rapeseed
The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine has updated the minimum allowable export prices for agricultural products subject to the export support regime. The updated indicators will be valid throughout November.
The biggest changes affected rapeseed. The minimum export price on the FOB basis has been increased to $480/t versus $462/t in October — the highest level since the regulation was introduced in July 2024. For the CPT basis, the price has been increased to $360/t, while a month earlier it was $324/t.
The list of products covered by the updated prices includes wheat, barley, corn, rye, oats, soybeans, rapeseed and sunflower seeds, as well as sunflower, soybean and rapeseed oil, oilcake, honey and nuts. The decision is aimed at ensuring stability and transparency of export operations amid changes in the global price environment.
