Turkey purchased 6,000 tons of sunflower oil in a tender
Turkey’s State Grain Council TMO, according to preliminary information, has purchased about 6,000 tons of crude sunflower oil in an international tender, traders said on Friday.
The oil was purchased at a price of $1410.90 tons C&F from Yayla trading house.
Other bids came from Aves at $1,434, Prime at $1,438.47 and Aston at $1,448 per ton C&F.
Procurements at TMO tenders are always preliminary and are subject to final confirmation in the coming days. Delivery is expected in the period February 8 – 25 to the Turkish port of Tekirdag.
