Soybean and sunseed harvests in Ukraine near completion
As of November 7, Ukrainian farmers have harvested 43.63 million tons of grain crops from 9.3 million hectares, which represents 81% of the total planted area.
Breakdown by crop:

Wheat – 22.82 million tons from 5.05 million hectares

Barley – 5.37 million tons from 1.35 million hectares

Peas – 0.66 million tons from 0.27 million hectares

Corn – 13.75 million tons from 2.21 million hectares, or 53% of the sown area

Other grains and pulses – 0.88 million tons from 0.32 million hectares
Leading regions by total harvest volume:

Odesa region – 3.82 million tons from 1.15 million hectares

Chernihiv region – 3.68 million tons from 0.54 million hectares

Poltava region – 3.43 million tons from 0.71 million hectares

Vinnytsia region – 3.28 million tons from 0.56 million hectares
As of November 6, oilseed crops have reached a total of 16.35 million tons, including:

Sunflower seeds – 8.73 million tons from 4.61 million hectares

Soybeans – 4.31 million tons from 1.83 million hectares

Rapeseed – 3.32 million tons from 1.27 million hectares
Harvesting has been completed on 90% of sunflower seeds and 84% of soybean fields, while rapeseed harvest is fully finished.
Farmers have also harvested 7.95 million tons of sugar beets from 151,000 hectares, representing 76% of the total planted area.
