Russia. Officially on state regulation of oilseeds and sunflower oil exports

From July 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022 inclusive, sunflower seed exports shall be subject to a duty at a rate of 50% and no less than USD 320/MT, UkrAgroConsult reports.
The rapeseed duty of 30% is extended until August 31, 2022.
A floating tariff will be imposed on sunflower oil exports from September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022. Its rate will equal 70% of the difference between the basic price (USD 1,000/MT) and the indicative price (the mean market price over the month), reduced by an adjusting factor (USD 50/MT).
The tariffs shall be applied to the respective products exported from Russia outside the EAEU.
