Kazakhstan is ready to export flour and wheat to Montenegro
Kazakhstan is ready to export flour, wheat, oilseeds, and highly processed products to the Montenegrin market, 24KZ reports. Furthermore, the two countries are planning to cooperate in seed production, biotechnology, and livestock farming.
Olzhas Bektenov and Montenegrin President Jakov Milatović discussed trade and economic cooperation, specifically the agreements reached following the talks between the two countries’ leaders. The two leaders also discussed developing partnerships in education, digital technologies, tourism, trade, transport, and logistics. In this regard, the parties discussed linking the Trans-Caspian route with the port of Bar. This will create a new end-to-end multimodal corridor to Southern and Central Europe.
At the end of the meeting, the Prime Minister emphasized that Kazakhstan will oversee the implementation of all agreements reached at the highest level. Jakov Milatović, in turn, noted Kazakhstan’s achievements in digital transformation and its intention to emulate this experience.
