Jordan purchased 60 thousand tons of barley
On February 28, the Jordanian Ministry of Industry and Trade purchased 60,000 tons of feed barley, presumably of Russian origin, at a tender for $219.5 per ton from Grainflower. This is reported by Reuters. The delivery will take place on the basis of C&F Aqaba from May 15 to May 31, 2024.
The following companies also participated in the tender:
- Viterra, which offered barley at $227 per tonne
- Dreyfus – $231
- Cerealcom Dolj – $225
