Jordan opens market for Ukrainian dairy products
The competent authorities of Ukraine and Jordan this week approved the form of a certificate for the export of milk and dairy products from Ukraine.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said this at an online briefing on Thursday, November 4, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
“This week we opened another market – the export of Ukrainian dairy products to Jordan. The competent authorities of the two countries agreed on the form of a certificate for the export of milk and dairy products from Ukraine. This is a concrete result of joint work of diplomats and specialists of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection,” Kuleba said.
He added that this was the third certificate approved by Ukraine and Jordan this year.
Kuleba said that trade with Jordan is developing very well and political consultations have recently been held.
“We are reviving, in fact, bilateral relations with Jordan, and there is a desire from both sides to do so,” he said.
Kuleba said that diplomats will, first of all, focus on creating new opportunities for Ukrainian businesses in Jordan and other countries.
