Indonesia’s palm oil exports increased by 20% in January-April
According to Statistics Indonesia data released on Tuesday, Indonesia exported 7.72 million metric tons of crude and refined palm oil in the first four months of 2026, up 20.38% year-on-year.
The value of these shipments was $8.22 billion.
The statistics agency’s data excludes palm kernel oil, oleochemicals, and biodiesel.
The Indonesian Palm Oil Association (GAPKI) typically releases its own data later, covering a larger range of products, and therefore has different export figures.
