Ukraine exported more grain than last year, for the first time since the beginning of the war

The volume of grain exports in October, for the first time since the start of a full-scale Russian invasion, exceeded last year’s for the same period, reports UkrAgroConsult.
According to customs data, 1842 thousand tons of basic grain crops were exported in two weeks of October (1581 thousand tons for the same period last year).
Recall that a little more than a month remains until the end of the current “grain agreement”.
