Corn on the CBOT falls after Trump announced tariffs against major buyers

CBOT corn futures declined.
During the week of July 4 – 10 corn prices declined by USc 24.2 to USc 407.2/t.
Donald Trump announced high tariffs on key US corn buyers, including Japan and South Korea. These tariffs may reduce the competitiveness of US corn in the new season. Additionally, consulting companies predict even higher corn yields in the US than the USDA expects, which influence the market.
