Brazilian soybean exports to reach 5.6 mln tons in September
Brazilian soybean exports are forecast to reach 5.6 million tons in September, up 1.4% from 5.5 million tons in the same period in 2023, according to exporters’ association Anec.
Analysts note that September shipments of the oilseed may increase to 6.5 million tons, which is still less than the August volume of 7.99 million tons.
In particular, 2.14 million tons of soybeans were prepared for shipment in the ports of the country during September 1-7 against 1.62 million tons in the last week of August.
