Almost 12 million tons of agricultural products were exported through the Grain Corridor

Ukraine exported almost 12 million tons of agricultural products during the 3 months of operation of the “grain corridor”.
Wheat, corn and rapeseed were mostly exported through the “grain corridor”. About half of the total volume of grain is delivered to countries in Africa and Asia, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine reports.
Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Markiyan Dmytrasevich emphasized the need to increase the number of Ukrainian ports involved in the export of agricultural products.
“It is important for us not only to increase the geography of the ports, but also to make the “grain corridors” permanent, or extend their operation for at least a year. That would give our farmers, as well as the global food market, the opportunity to have certain guidelines for planning their work,” the deputy minister emphasized.
