Algeria held a tender for the purchase of wheat
On October 31, the Algerian state-owned company OAIC purchased at least 480 thousand tons of soft wheat of random origin at a tender. This was reported by Reuters. The purchase price, according to preliminary data, amounted to $263 C&F.
According to traders, the main part is purchased in the Black Sea countries, including Bulgaria and Romania, as well as in the Baltic States.
Under the terms of the tender, shipments will take place from December 1 to 15 and December 16 to 31, or one month earlier than these periods if sourced from South America or Australia.
