Zelensky: F-16 aircraft will be able to protect the work of the “grain corridor”

The stable operation of the grain initiative is important for the whole world. If the Russians start blocking the grain corridor, we will have nothing to say. The F-16 fighter jets will allow us to build the defense of the grain corridor.

This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an interview with CNN.

“If we talk about superiority in the sky, we are not talking about Ukraine’s superiority over the Russians. It is about the opportunity to be on a level playing field. It is the F-16 fighters that not only help those on the battlefield to move forward, the presence of these aircraft is also a very important humanitarian mission,” the President said.
