Wheat prices rose in Paris on Monday
French wheat prices rose on Euronext in Paris on September 7. December milling wheat futures gained 1.1% to €249.25/t, or around $289.5/t.
March wheat futures closed at €247.50/t, equivalent to approximately $287.5/t.
French wheat prices advanced in the absence of trading in Chicago. Meanwhile, corn prices in Paris remained broadly stable, with the November contract trading at €268/t and the March contract at €263.25/t.
In the oilseed market, December sunflower futures on SAFEX declined by 0.29% to ZAR 10,316/t. Sunflower oil was quoted at $1,410/t FOB Rotterdam on September 7.
