Wheat prices in Chicago decline as harvest begins in the US
Wheat prices in Chicago fell over May 31 – June 6. During the week the price decreased by 41.6 USc to 639.4 USc/bu.
There is pressure on prices this week related to the US harvest. Harvesting in the southern plains is well underway and progressing rapidly, which should add to physical stocks in the already well supplied US wheat market.
