May corn is currently up 2¢.
May soybeans are down 1¾¢.
CBOT wheat is up 6¼¢. KC wheat is up 6½¢. Minneapolis wheat is up 3¾¢.
“Grain and oilseed futures were mixed overnight, with wheat gaining for a second straight day amid escalating attacks between Russia and Ukraine,” said The Brock Report prior to this morning’s open. The newsletter also noted soybeans were under pressure from “large South American supplies and lackluster demand.”
Live cattle are down 68¢ this morning. Feeder cattle are down 38¢. Lean hogs are down $1.13.
Crude oil is up 13¢.
S&P 500 futures are down 12 points. Dow futures are up 65 points.
Milling wheat is up on the MATIF exchange. Corn and No. 2 soybeans are up on the Dalian exchange while No. 1 soybeans are down.
