ViOil’s Chernivtsi OFP resumed operation after major repairs
Chernivtsi OFP, a structural division of the ViOil Industrial Group, has resumed its operation after major repairs. The facility is about to start high-oleic sunflower processing. The plant will process this raw material before the new crop sunflower comes.
"Despite the world economic slowdown, the wide, well-diversified portfolio of the ViOil Industrial Group allows us to look into the future with optimism," says Pavel Ivanov, CEO of ViOil.
As the company reports, high-oleic sunflower oil produced is traditionally exported to the European Union and Southeast Asia. ViOil also entered the markets of Japan, South Korea and Australia.
Previously reported that the Group was intensifying high-oleic sunflower oil production on the growing demand for the product in the world market.
