UN hopes 1st ship with grain will leave Ukrainian port on today

The UN hopes that the 1st ship carrying Ukrainian grain will set sail from Ukraine’s newly reopened ports on July 29
This was announced by UN Deputy Secretary General for Humanitarian Affairs Martin Griffiths.
“We hope and plan that the first ship can leave in the coming days. I hope it will happen tomorrow”, he said.
Griffiths also reported that agreements on the export of Ukrainian grain provide for the export of fertilizers.
Chief editor of the BlackSeaNews website Andriy Klymenko showed what the grain corridor will look like. It was also published the day before by the Odesa hydrographic station ODESA-NAVTEX.
