Ukrainian wheat exports exceed 14 mln tons
As of May 7, in the MY 2024/25, Ukraine exported 35 million 810 thousand tons of grain and pulses crops, which is 7 million 100 thousand tons or 19.8% less than last year. This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Wheat exports amounted to 14 million 030 thousand tons, which is 2 million 356 thousand tons or 16.7% less than last year.
Ukrainian farmers also exported 2 million 274 thousand tons of barley and 10.8 thousand tons of rye.
Corn exports amounted to 18 million 984 thousand tons, which is 4 million 823 thousand tons or 25.4% less than last year.
In addition, 59.3 thousand tons were sent abroad. tons of flour (or 71.9 thousand tons in terms of grain), which is 29.4 thousand tons or 49.5% less than last year.
