Ukrainian wheat exports exceed 10 mln tons
As of January 10, in MY 2024/25 Ukraine exported 22 mln 622 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses, which is 2 mln 741 thsd tonnes or 13.7% more than last year. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Wheat exports amounted to 10 million 074 thousand tons, which is 2 million 112 thousand tons or 26.5% more than last year.
Ukrainian farmers also exported 1 million 976 thousand tons of barley and 10.8 thousand tons of rye.
Corn exports amounted to 10 mln 244 thsd tonnes, which is 368 thsd tonnes or 3.6% less than last year.
In addition, 38.2 thou tons of flour (or 5198 thou tons in terms of grain) were shipped abroad, which is 21.5 thou tons or 1.5 times less than last year.
