Ukrainian grain exports approached 7 mln tons
As of October 8, in the MY 2025/26, Ukraine exported 6 million 937 thousand tons of grain and pulses crops, which is 5 million 009 thousand tons or 40.9% less than last year. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
As of October 8, Ukrainian wheat exports amounted to 4 million 802 thousand tons, which is 1 million 816 thousand tons or 26.7% less than last year.
Barley exports amounted to 868 thousand tons – 44.0% less compared to the same period last year. In addition, 0.2 thousand tons of rye were exported abroad.
Ukrainian corn exports amounted to 963 thousand tons, which is 2 million 157 thousand tons or 69.1% less than last year.
In addition, 16.2 thousand tons of flour (or 21.6 thousand tons in grain terms) were sent abroad, which is 5.0 thousand tons or 23.5% less than last year.
