Ukraine’s soybean processing share to rise to 70%

Ukraine’s soybean production is expected to reach 3.8 mln tons in 2026, of which 2.8 mln tons will be processed domestically. Exports are projected at 1 mln tons.

This was reported by Ukraine’s Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, Taras Vysotskyi, during his weekly briefing with journalists.

“According to our forecast, the share of soybean processing could potentially rise to 70%. Expanding domestic processing is a deliberate government policy,” he said.
